I was looking for an apartment to buy so I used Realtor Andre Shambley from Keyes Aventura, he showed me some units and I liked one of them. We put an offer and it was accepted. Two weeks later I found out from a friend of mine who owns a unit in that building that one of the rules of the building, was that you aren’t allowed to rent out your unit for the first year after purchase, so I decided to back out of the deal, my attorney told me that it should have been in the condo docs, but I never received the condo docs. I didnt even know what condo docs were, in fact my attorney had to explain to me what they were. So I called Andre and asked him about it, he seemed as if he was panicking over the phone. To make a long story short I found out someone forged my signature that i received the condo docs which i didn't, I suspect it was Andre who forged it. I complained to FREC about it, and I will see what will happen. 1288679

Every customer that I have had I'm still in contact with and on good terms. If this was an actual customer they will have my current company information. I have not worked with Keyes company for more than 6 months. It strikes me as odd that if you were a customer when I was with Keyes you would wait more than 6 months to create a profile for the sole purpose of slandering me. Check your facts first if you want someone to believe what you say. |
